Spring is my favourite season. It's probably not hard to guess why, it's the time of year when life is breathed back into a rather dreary world and we're reminded of all the colours and flavours that we've been missing for so many months. It's a time for celebration, anticipation, and preparation.
Veggies to look out for - spinach, peas, radish, asparagus, fiddleheads, arugula, green onions, rhubarb, dandelion, lilac, stinging nettle, and herbs.
