This time, baby, I’ll be bulletproof.
In need of a little morning motivation? Something to get you amped for another day at the home office or that 6km run when it’s -5, real feel -10? What I’m about to say might be a little controversial in some households but hear me out. What if you only needed one cup of coffee?! I know I know, need and want are two totally different things. But in all seriousness, when you add some coconut oil and butter to your coffee and then proceed to whip it until frothy and delightfully creamy, it is a thing of beauty. Plus it is full of energy! Look, I’m not saying you should do this every day, let’s not be silly, but feeling bulletproof every once in a while can’t possibly be a bad thing. To be clear, I'm not suggesting you feel bulletproof when it comes to COVID-19. I'm merely suggesting that you have some extra energy to slay at your job or go full beast mode when you're working on your fitness.
1 cup strong coffee (ideally organic)
1 tbsp coconut oil (also ideally organic)
1 tsp butter (ideally grass-fed)
Dash vanilla (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender of some kind and blend for 15-20 seconds. Enjoy!
