A delightful aperitivo. It's one part beautiful and one part delicious, with a bitter sweet orange flavour that mingles perfectly with the bourbon undertones.
Paper Plane
¾ oz ounces amaro
¾ oz ounces Aperol
¾ oz ounces bourbon
¾ oz ounces fresh lemon juice, strained
Combine amaro, Aperol, bourbon, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass.
