These burgers are super moist and are really delicious. They are an excellent alternative to beef burgers and are very easy to make. I found the recipe from Tasty Turkey grill on E-Cookbook.
Grilled turkey mushroom pesto burgers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, diced (I used one massive Portobello)
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp pesto
½ tsp salt
Sauté onions and mushroom in oil on med-high until browned, 8 min. Stir everything in a bowl until combined, don’t over mix. Divide and shape into 4 patties and chill one hour. Heat greased grill and grill for 5 min on each side.
