Feelin snacky…

Last summer I wrote about how good radishes are when covered in butter and sprinkled with salt. Today I am taking it to a whole new level with radish tea sandwiches. The radishes in my garden are ready for the picking, I got a new mandolin, and have recently discovered Hawaiian black lava salt… together they are the perfect combo.
Radish tea sandwiches
Slices of ciabatta
Butter
Thinly sliced radishes
salt
