So simple and really good! I came across the idea of radish with butter and salt from a cookbook I have called Edible Garden. According to the book it’s a French classic. What’s interesting about this combination is that the butter seems to take all of the harshness out of the radish and your left with a lovely sweet taste. This is a fantastic way to use up a bunch of radishes you have kicking around.
